Priority registration will be made available to those with accepted abstracts<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"block-heading has-text-align-left\"><strong>COV12 will be held in La Antigua Guatemala at the&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.portahotelantigua.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Porta Hotel and Conference Center<\/a>. Conference capacity will be approximately 500 participants<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong>Guatemala<\/strong><\/strong>&nbsp;is the most populous country in Central America and its capital, Guatemala City, is accessible with many direct flights from South, Central, and North America, and Europe. Most travelers can reach Guatemala City with just one connecting flights from their home airport. As Guatemala\u2019s principal tourist destination, cultural attractions, including cathedrals, markets, and plazas, are ideal for exploration by foot and the city is oriented in an easy-to-navigate gridded layout. Antigua is very safe by Guatemalan standards and tourist police and agencies such as Programa de Asistencia al Turista (PROATUR) and the Divisi\u00f3n de Seguridad Tur\u00edstica (DISETUR) exist to facilitate any problems visitors may experience.
